Please complete and submit this form to be approved for our Discount Program which can be used in store and on our website. Show you are working in the beauty industry by submitting your website, invoices, tear sheets, publications, certifications, social media etc. We will need a minimum of 2 credentials submitted.

Applications take 3-5 business days to be approved. An email will be sent to you within 3-5 business days to let you know if we need further information or if you have been approved for our program.
